She just moves faster, letting her SEAL field slow down the incoming beams enough that she zooms past before they can touch her, keeping her straight line only changed by still-advancing corkscrews as she maneuvers through the waves of fire from Symbol. Kagura is seriously out for blood today.+
Wyverncakes (18:44:41): * But Roy was not going to stop with just throwing a wrench into these things' counterattack, and charged at the groupd as well, joining sword and spear together with his rocket anchor, spinning it around like a propeller to punch through the mooks!+

cubey@aol.pl (18:46:17): Spiralling beams pierce through the missile swarm, taking several with each shot! Projectiles shake the shields of Walt's team... but there is less of them than you'd expect!

cubey@aol.pl (18:47:32): Roy wrecks through a group of Necrotroops - and finds himself surrounded.
cubey@aol.pl (18:47:59): The Necrotroops however do not attack him, firing energy blasts towards the 13th squad instead! React Calvin.
cubey@aol.pl (18:48:26): The Mono-Wings that did not attack Kagura try to flank him and fire their own continous beams as they pass by. Roy, react.
cubey@aol.pl (18:49:31): Kagura accelerates past the beams while slowing them down. Evasive maneuvers are successful, but her own power armor starts to feel the strain...
Wyverncakes (18:49:38): * Coming under fire, Roy has the Wagner backflip up and over their shots, his own shield raised to guard against them while his arm gun goes to work on them instead!+

tengusaur (18:51:47): * Scaraber's shield changes color to silver, which is a moment Hetepheres was waiting for. She waits until one of the Mono-Wings are close, then leaps high up, latching onto it with a claw and trying to get on top of it, and forcibly direct it in the Symbol's direction. &
VJockey (18:52:06): *The Thirteenth are rapidly breaking formation and trying to avoid the beams! Calvin has no idea how PRAYERS detect their targets so he falls back on the tried and true defense of a smokescreen!+
cubey@aol.pl (18:53:24): As soon as its fire is being redirected, the Mono-Wing ceases the beam - which managed to move past several Necrotroops in the meantime, cutting them in two.
drascin (18:53:34): *Keeping her speed, Kagura weaves through the mass of bullets, one of her hands glowing with power - and as she makes it through, at point blank, she directs the hand straight at the center, where the cores are.
Kagura: DIE MOTHERFUCKER
And with a masshive BLAM sound, a huge spinning beam of silver and orange is shot straight at the cores.+

Scaraber leaps off the Mono-Wing, going towards the Symbol in a single powerful jump that hopefully avoids at least part of the powerful blast - the silver Noble Barrier will have to tank the rest! Hetepheres goes straight for one of the cores, ending the leap by plunging both of the claws right into it! +

tengusaur (19:02:40): Hetepheres kicks away from the Symbol, aiming to avoid the last barrage by landing on the ground. Scaraber fires its eyestalk lasers while escaping at another core, though. The silver barrier offers some extra protection, though Crab Frame is more about physical armor than barriers. +

cubey@aol.pl (19:07:01): But the plasma beams cut through the heavily damaged PRAYER - coming out on the other side. Its last cores start failing, one by one...
Wyverncakes (19:07:05): * But wasting time on it was not the order for the day! The Wagner's spear collapes down into its short-sword configuration, but it stays connected to his main sword and gets pointed at the Symbol... before the rocket anchor fires! The tether fires out, the short sword blasting towards it to pierce it... and when it would... it was time for a devestating heat flash!+
drascin (19:07:11): Kagura might have some better insight on it, but, you know, too busy trying to murder a mechanical abomination from hell to fulfill her life's mission

And then she soars towards the enemy swarm, drawing four khopeshes and slashing through any Prayer drones as she passes them by! Missile drones are the priority. +
