The Noble Barrier is golden now. +

Small good it does you though as spheres of energy are unleashed from the PRAYER's mouth, drones flying in to try further complicate things with strafing runs!

(4:01:09 PM): [Heph and Sielje] The massive lance comes thrusting down into the Scaraber's cross-guard, the blades buckling and fracturing from the strain and size difference. But in the midst of this, Sielje strikes back, her blade finally hitting true and running through the fracture in the Cavalier's arm! One of the Scaraber's blades breaks in half, but no more as the Cavalier's own appendage creaks and breaks off from its own weight, leaving an awkward, cumbersome remnant of an arm left where the lance had been prior.

The sustained strikes on the Rex Cavalier's head finally, finally blows a small hole through part of it, even as your blades cut into its sides, getting one step closer to exposing its core... when suddenly a drone comes crashing into the Scaraber, cannons blazing! The kamikaze attack does negligable damage though, the individual shots from a lone drone minor and your gold Noble Barrier stopping its suicide crash. But you ARE knocked spiraling away and out of your blind spot!

As the knight moves to find her ideal spot, suddenly you have the humongous PRAYER zooming towards you, jousting at you in spite of the sheer difference in size! It's too big, with no time for proper dodging!

Mortal cracks begin to form all along the limb, but a sudden jerking as the arm finally breaks apart and Heph's own sword's aim goes wide! The PRAYER settles on just a good, old-fashioned ram at this point by adjusting its positioning. It crashes into both of you, sending your machines flying away and crashing into a hillside!

Mortal cracks begin to form all along the limb, but a sudden jerking as the arm finally breaks apart and Heph's own sword's aim goes wide! The PRAYER settles on just a good, old-fashioned ram at this point by adjusting its positioning. It crashes into both of you, sending your machines flying away and crashing into a hillside!
(4:43:40 PM): Kei, your sensors suddenly detect a massive energy spike inside of the Cavalier... a charge building up in its head before it fires on your fallen comrades, a massive blue beam shooting straight towards them both!

(5:02:21 PM): [Everyone] And at once Cavalier gets caught in the dogpile by you four, beams and bullets hammering the PRAYER's damaged frame courtesy of Heph and Kei as Sielje's blade plunges into Cavalier's back, piercing deep.
(5:03:12 PM): But then there's the Apostle, and its limbs tearing through the ruined front of the PRAYER as chunks upon chunks of it are rent free, exposing more and more of the core that keeps this abomination going.
