(9:03:46 AM): In the past it'd had some kind of habitation set up, including a mine of sorts that'd been closed down officially due to "flooding". Recently, efforts had been made to try to re-open the mine too.
(9:04:44 AM): The problem was that not long ago, some of the security forces there contacted their higher-ups about seeing some familiar faces of yours.

Finding old bodies and tombs at a dig was one thing, she had done that a couple of times during fieldwork classes, finding something this recent and with what Eva was implying was quite another story...So she remained quiet over the radio and thankful that there was no practical way to install a camera in Enki so nobody could see her face

(9:19:17 AM): Once you're all situated on the elevator it begins its descent. It is long and slow, though uneventful and also a marker guide to let you know how much further you have to go.

(9:20:01 AM): And it stays that way... for all of maybe five minutes. Then the interferance lessens just enough for you to suddenly start picking up energy signatures below.

(9:28:27 AM): The Nautilus Carver's blade bites into the elevator's floor, and sure enough slices a chunk of it away. Immediately you can hear the distant sounds of frantic battling below, and the sliced-off part also falls.

Mech then gets smashed entirely by Enki's water blast... right before the Raptor falls into it too in the attempt of chasing you down. The stream of water cools quickly and then freezes over, but the Raptor breaks free angrily.

From each of the floating orniments, a fireball is shot at Enki even as Sapphire guards against the gushing water to keep it from attacking any of the others!

(12:37:52 PM): [Eva] Your gun fires, and the illusion falls apart when Shizuka realizes that this is it. The gunpod fires... smashing through a damaged segment of the Tern's armor and turning the cockpit into a mess of red mist and mutilated flesh.
(12:38:06 PM): The Tern crashes to the ground below.

(12:38:20 PM): *There was a reason Calvin was banned by the OSI from ever owning explosives. That being that if they were on hand they were his solution to a lot of the worst things he ran into. That being said the Raubtier had a few bombs left on hand.... and with Lagardia thrusting out like that... he hurled one right at her!+

(12:40:29 PM): [Asagi] Blue One dodges, rocks falling down on the Red Tern's head. But his hands move to intercept the pieces, teleportation powers flaring up as chunks of the rocks just teleport a few meters away... though all it does is spare the Red Tern from taking the worst of it. It manages to pull the spear out, but the manage falls to the ground too.
(12:40:34 PM): "Sh-shizuka...!"
(12:41:07 PM): Maria: "Taken by the most foul of us all... and fouler more than ever now..."
(12:41:29 PM): The orange Tern's looking pretty banged up too... Shizuka might've been the one to do that last charge, but Maria'd been the recipient of Eva's attack prior.

(12:42:51 PM): The explosion catches both Lagardia and the Raubtier both, knocking you both away from each other!

(12:44:46 PM): A green, bright light leaks from her wounds, practically blinding before suddenly the blue form of Sapphire makes itself known again.
(12:45:36 PM): Avisahi: "My apologies, Lagardia. I would have gotten here sooner, but I had wished to at least forestall their efforts on the lake."

(12:45:59 PM): The larger being holds Emerald close to him, the cloth from one damp sleeve covering her wound.
(12:46:30 PM): Lagardia: "This isn't like before with the stone... this time we'll have actually lost-"
(12:46:42 PM): "Maybe so, but we can always just recover anything they take later."

(12:49:14 PM): After a moment's hesitation, Avishai again exposes Lagardia's blinding wound for all of a few seconds... and when it ceases to be again...

(12:49:27 PM): As are Freddy and Maria's Terns.
