(1:31:07 PM): You're all cleared for the drop, map data coming in to show you the general layout of the floating islands. It's a rather moderate landmass to say the least. Even Daitarn 3 would have sufficient stomping ground to work with if it was coming along.
(1:31:26 PM): Also, a very strong energy signature in one section of the islands too... no doubt the location of the Model W.

...and she jumps, falling like an arrow and dodging by veering her downward trajectory! Let the cannons hit the pod!+

Suddenly the door in his pod opens, and Big O steps out of it, covering the last distance towards the ground on its own! While falling it shields itself from the attack with its massive forearms... And then lands atop a turret or two! +

(1:40:00 PM): [Izuru] You're fortunate enough to be attacking from a direction these cannons most likely weren't intended to defend against! The plasma cannons were having enough trouble spinning around to be brought to bare against you as it was, and the sudden boost in speed lets you land safe and under their shots!

(1:41:00 PM): [Ashe and Roger] Meanwhile, your pods soak up the damage from the shots, taking some nasty knocks and seeming to fall even faster as a result... but that's not a problem! And when you spring fourth you both land safely too! Big O even lands with a satisfying crunching noise!

The ki barriers ward off the gravity shots just fine, but Peola... as you continue to guard with your blade suddenly it grows heavier and heavier... before it slips from your grasp and falls even faster than you! It lands much harder than one might think... but fortunately you still land okay right afterwards!

...and with that she hits the strings and a powerful showckwave explodes around her, redirecting the plasma shots into the bee swarm!+

(1:55:35 PM): [Ashe] You move forward, and in defense of their master, the functioning cannons in this region turn to fire on you! But the sudden shockwaves do their job just fine, smashing through the frail bees!

(1:56:24 PM): * "So that's your response? Very well then!" Roger activates the Arc Line, Big O's eyes flashing and then emitting two bright laser, which he then arcs over the incoming swarm of missiles, trying to shoot down as many as he can before they reach the Megadeus! +

(1:57:44 PM): [Izuru] And in the meantime, as Big O comes under fire from Queenbee, you're taking the fight to the Queen herself! The bullets and beams strike her sizable lower section, but the Queen just opts to continue using it as a shield! "Bringing the heat already? I don't mind it being hot!" Lights seem to emenate from Queenbee's body, harmless at first before they suddenly grow bright, flash-burning whatever they strike... and you're caught in their path!

(1:58:37 PM): [Peola] You grab hold of your sword, the energy wave you send forth cutting through several of the bees! But they break ranks and move to try to swarm you, attacking you from behind!

(2:00:06 PM): [Roger] Your eye lasers do an admirable job thinning out the crowd, the warheads detonating prematurely! But they're fast, and for every two you shoot down, a third slips through. Big O's struck by several and knocked around a bit, but you're far from out of the fight!

(2:00:26 PM): *With the incoming attack Peola swings around, blade in one hand, scarf in the other to catch some drones to use as a makeshift flail! And she'll continue to swing and spin to keep the rest of them off of her!+

(2:02:38 PM): Roger: "Don't think I'm going to just let you spread despair all over the world." Big O approaches one of the turrets with heavy steps, protecting itself from fire with its shields - and when it's close, it lands several punches on it, trying to weaken its base! &

(2:05:26 PM): [Peola] The spinning chopfest you become continues to hack through the drones try to move towards you! Your scarf doesn't manage to really catch any though on account of actually being bigger than them, but it still knocks them around and away from you!
(2:06:23 PM): [Roger] You move right into the turret's metaphorical face, and its anti-air designation is clear to see now as it can't lower itself down to get a shot against you! Big O's fists pummel its frame... but some of the other cannons are instead turning to fire on you instead from their more ideal locations!

Unfortunately... more forces are charging into the battlefield! Gigantic bird-like machines which smash through the turret and protect their queen!

It'd be reason for celebration as Aeolus grunts in pain from being kicked by such a larger machine... but... "You think... that's enough to stop me?!?" And an arm blade swings out, an air-rending slash cutting through one of Red 5's legs!

Buckfire: "I'm SO!" the arms suddenly open, throwing the blades aside "FED UP!" the arms then close again "WITH YOUR STUPID GAMES!" and the mighty antlers of Buckfire descend straight into Aeolus's head, at roughly eighty kilometers per hour and a thousand degrees celsius!+
