Aero (00:50:06): After a series of short delays a few of you are currently in Shoe Shirakwa's La Gias Hideout®, the Unity Group have been asked to help find and evacuate a ESUN Task Force that were apparently summoned to the subterranean world. Currently you're all waiting for the scouting report from Shu's henchwoman Saphine before moving out. Lest you attract the attention of more DC/Shutedonian Forces.

"It wouldn't shock me if some of these human conflifcts were sparked by operatives for alien powers to be honest."

Wyverncakes (01:18:50): * First thing is to test how tough these things are! The Grungust Type-2 fires its boost knuckles off at one of the golems as Selena opens fire on another with her Burst Railgun!+

Aero (01:19:49): [Glory Stars] The shots blow out large chunks of the golem but they don't seem too bothered by it. Unit 2's leg slams through the golem...and gets stuck. The golem raises a fist and slams it at your face Toby. [React]

Ishikar3 (01:21:30): *Stella had already taken up position on an overwatching ridge. Taking careful aim with her 36mm support cannon she fires multiple shots into the golem's elbow to spoil the blow.+
Ishikar3 (01:21:50): Stella: Tradtionally kicking a rock mound doesn't do much but hurt your foot Toby.
Aero (01:21:57): [Team Jerba] The Boost Knuckles completely shatter the golem, it's not staying functional after that. However, Selena the Burst Railgun just blows chunks away. Those chunks are picked up and tossed at you Selena. [React]

Aero (01:23:51): [Stella and Toby] The arm of the golem goes flying thanks to Stella. Without anything to defend it the Carver smashes into the Golem and shatters it into normal unmoving rocks.
Ginkan SK (01:23:57): Raquel is chilled a bit by the idea of a actualy honest to life cult that's acting like one of the ones out of the movies her mother has done work in. "This is going to be one of those ... days."

Aero (01:25:06): [Selena] The Gesterben is too fast for the poor golems and the machine easily evades it's fist before blowing the Golem to chunks.
Wyverncakes (01:25:28): Selena: "At least there's always the speed advantage."
tengusaur (01:25:39): * "They look very heavily-armored. Which means...!" Asagi pulls out the handheld missile launchers and fires a barrage of mini-rockets towards the golems. And while the missiles are flying, so does Blue One! Th AHSMB draws its spear, spins it over its head, and stabs it right into one of the golems from above, to pin it to the ground! +
tormterra (01:26:21): * "It appears that we need great force to destroy these things. Choose your attacks based on this. And Setsuko is right, we don't need to defeat them all, just create an opening for the ESUN forces to get out. Ken and Argos Flight, strike at the part of the circle that has already been attacked." +

VJockey (01:28:29): *Well there's one thing to do here.... MISSILES! Leos launches a volley of them at the Golems!+
Aero (01:28:52): [Asagi] The barrage of explosions lights up the night, severely damaging several of the Golems. Any that survive are quickly torn apart by the spinning spear and you impale a Golem...he responds by punching you. [React]

Aero (01:30:21): [Leos] Chunks of stone are tossed everywhere from the explosion...however those rocks all suddenly fly at you very quickly. [React]

Wyverncakes (01:30:55): * You know those Boost Knuckles? Well, one of them's taking a detour to returning to Albhard so it can instead grab the Golem from behind and keep it from attacking! "Alright, go for it! Finish it off!"+
tengusaur (01:31:20): * Asagi kicks the incoming golem away, trying to put some distance between him and the creature. And then he stabs the spear at it again, right into its mouth! +
cubey@aol.pl (01:31:21): Setsuko: "Please hit!" *Suddenly, a barrage of beam shots from unit one's ray pistol. The shots are aimed to reduce the unhealthy number of rocks in the air.+
VJockey (01:31:26): "WHAAA- That's not fair!"
VJockey (01:31:38): *Leos is going to try to dodge the rocks!+
Meraxa (01:31:51): Ken: Uooooooh! Scarlet Whip! *Ken lashes out with his machine's weapon, watching it light up in flame as he aims for a Golem's leg. He's trying to melt it so that, whether by his pull or by its own weight, it might just fall flat on its ass!+
Aero (01:33:30): [Albhard and Asagi] Well, considering that the poor things are only 20 meters tall it's like holding a rat in place for extermination. Shoving the spear down the mouth of the golem proves to be a bad idea though as the golem suddenly roars and unleashes a deadly wave of sound that begins to shatter the exterior armor of your JURIA Unit. [React again!]
Aero (01:34:29): [Leos and Setsuko] Thankfully, the Canis Squad joins in with their sister machine and unleash their own barrage to eliminate a large portion of the rocks, making it relatively easy for Leos to get away from the rocks...one still scratches his main camera however...

Aero (01:35:42): [Ken] Well it does lose it's leg...however instead of falling flat on it's ass it lunges straight at you instead. [React]

tengusaur (01:36:04): Asagi: "Gah! What the hell?" He spins the spear, trying to cut out from the inside of the golem, while pulling out at the same time and intensifying the output on the energy shield. +

Wyverncakes (01:36:43): Albhard: "D-damn, be careful there!"
Aero (01:37:00): [Asagi] THE INSIDES ARE ALSO STONE. It's still screaming and your armor is not getting any better. [Albhard a little help?]
Meraxa (01:37:55): Ken: Hmph! *Ken decides to let his unit roll back onto... well, its back, pulling his legs into before attempting to kick the golem into the air over it!+

tengusaur (01:39:14): Asagi: "I didn't know it can do that! Since when golems attack with sound waves?"
Ishikar3 (01:39:49): *Seeing the general chaos involved in what's happening VG and Tarisa open up with a barrage from the missile launchers they brought. Following behind the explosions Yuuya closes with his assault cannon eating away at remaining cores while his blade strikes to sever larger sections that have been weakened. Stella keeps up overwatch taking shots as they present themselves and keeping an eye for any units being overwhealmed.+
Wyverncakes (01:40:07): * "This place has magic... it doesn't have to explain anything!" Unfortunately, with one hand loose it means no sword. BUT, instead the Grungust fires off its eye beams to try to cut the golem's chest in half.+
Aero (01:40:30): [Ken] Well the golem is flipped over...but still lands safely on the other side with a thud. It's a mass of rocks. Now that it's right over you it begins to roar, unleashing the same ultrasonic soundwave. [React]
Aero (01:42:13): [Albhard and Asagi] The large eye beams rip the golem in half...both halves fall over...lifeless. The screaming has also stopped thankfully.
Wyverncakes (01:42:31): Albhard: "Phew... you okay there?
Meraxa (01:43:10): Ken: Tch. *Its hard to be witty about giant rock monsters, and Ken can do little else but dodge, trying to leap away from the sonic blast+
tengusaur (01:43:13): Asagi: "Yeah, don't worry. Now I'll know not to do that..."
Ginkan SK (01:44:07): Raquel's got the idea, they need to punch a hole in the enemy ranks so they can all get the heck out of here. That should be doable. She starts to close to melee range and launch into the nearees to fhte GOlems as ehe attempt to open a hole she attemps to follow up on Tarisa and company's attacks, Not direcly but she's going to hit from one of the flanks while the enemy is distracted with them.+
Aero (01:45:08): [Argos Flight and Raquel] The all out barrage of swords, missiles and bullets actually do some severe damage to the golems. It's almost like TSFs are used to dealing with lumbering masses only lumber forward. As the smoke clears Raquel is able to get in...however several fists of stones are there to greet her. [React Raquel]
Aero (01:45:20): [Glory Stars, Team Jerba, Asagi and Kei can go]
Aero (01:45:54): [Ken] Leaping away was the smart choice here. Unlike Asagi you don't just take the brunt of the sonic blast head on so there's little damage on Scarletiger.
cubey@aol.pl (01:46:00): Setsuko: "I will use Chief's weapon. Please don't charge into the area of effect, everyone."
Wyverncakes (01:46:29): Albhard: "Understood. But..."
cubey@aol.pl (01:46:35): *Setsuko calculates the aiming angle to widen the hole in enemy ranks, and not hit any allies. Unit One's Gunnery Carver opens and starts charging a powerful beam.
tengusaur (01:46:48): Asagi: "Okay, Setsuko. Make sure not to hit any of the people we're here to safe either!"

Aero (01:52:28): [Just...everyone] Well, now that everyone is actually using more powerful attacks the Golems suddenly don't seem all that powerful. The Ray Stray Turret in particular sweeps through and just annihilates everything that stands in it's path. All of the remaining Golems are easily cleaned up through ripping and tearing and blades and more blades. Forget about clearing a path. You've annihilated the entire Demon Golem Force!

Pale Rider's arm is cleaved away and the Shurouga catches the melee halberd with it's other arm. "Flail in futility?" He uses it to bat away the anti armor dagger and impales Tarisa's TSF before kicking the machine away with it's talon'd foot, sending it crashing to the ground. The batlike familiars meanwhile all circle the not!Masoukishin, stopping any projectile that attempts to get near it. "What about you boy, what do you think you can do..." You can still see...blood? Dripping from the palm that caught the blade earlier. It's actually glowing and well..the machine suddenly disappears and then cuts through Pale Rider once...twice...thrice...within a few seconds the machine is torn to shreds and hung up in a large magic circle that just hangs there.

Aero (02:39:52): [Kei and the rest of the Argos Flight] Once he comes out of that attack the machine simply catches up to the Gesterben. The machine has no issues simply flying around the slower purple machine due to how powerful it was becoming. The pilot does not see you as a threat Kei. The Canis squad attempts to fire at the machine but their shots simply fly off into the sun. With his actual prey now in sight he brings the sword down on the Virgola.
griefgathering (02:40:10): *And on that cue the Granzon actually moves. It charges forward, forming a wormhole in one hand. "Gran Worm Sword..." The usual giant sword is drawn out as Shu tries to intercept the Shurouga!+

The area around the two machine quickly craters and the ground is sent flying into the air. The few shots are consumed by the meeting of the MAPWs. Once the two finally end the spear Asagi threw earlier impales itself through Shurouga. More and more 'blood' drips from the machine. "To think...you'd motivate yourself like this."

griefgathering (03:17:53): Shu: *The Granzon prepares its chest-mounted beam cannon again, and forms wormholes in the air around itself and Shurouga. "Worm Smasher...!" A flurry of beams is launched, converging upon the black machine from multiple directions!+

Wyverncakes (03:18:13): Her voice is cold and resolute... so much shit's happened and she doesn't want to lose anyone else.
tengusaur (03:18:45): * "Right now he has to get out of here~!" Asagi zooms around, shooting his beam cannon at the black machine from several different places on the battlefield. He doesn't dare to come close to this enemy. +
Aero (03:19:35): [Shu] As if he was expecting them, as the wormholes open he sends all of the bat-like familiars through those portals covered in Prana. Both to block the shot and well...those wormholes work both ways. There's a mass of them coming at you from pointblank. [React!]
Wyverncakes (03:19:37): * And in the meantime, the Grungust tries to flank the Shurouga again, its eye beams firing precisely down at the machine's damaged hand to try to lop it off!+
Meraxa (03:20:21): Ken: Tch, this'll have to then. FACE FLAME! *Ken tries to get in at a good distance, as the face of ScarleTiger ignites. A burning stream suddenly roars out, sweeping across the field towards the black unit. Both to try and damage, but more importantly, creating a massive amount of cover in the form of bright burning flames+
griefgathering (03:20:38): *The Granzon can only try to raise its distortion field to block those familiars!+
griefgathering (03:21:03): Chika: "Waah! It's like he saw it coming!"
Aero (03:22:36): [Granzon] It's almost like things covered in Prana are pretty good at trashing the Granzon. The distortion field does little to block those familiars and then combine together to slam into the Granzon and push it back severely. The chest of the machine is severely damaged now. "That'll prevent that."
Ginkan SK (03:23:34): Raquel is now is looking at the enemy they have already killed Denzel and others are missing and possibly dead now. She's now following after Ken as she now attemps to get up close to the black unit. Her right fist is got a very large Ki charge that will detonate if she manage to connect.+
Aero (03:23:35): [Ken] The Black Stranger draws it's sword again and simply tosses the weapon at the flames. It's pretty shocking when you can see it come straight at you....WHILE parting the flames away from Shurouga. [React]

griefgathering (03:24:48): This isn't looking good, and Shu is seeing quite a bit of red on the Granzon's status screen.
Meraxa (03:25:01): Ken: Nnngh! *So long as it doesn't stop the flames around the unit, that'll be something at least. Then again, he won't be able to pour the flames for long, unless he manages to dodge this by stepping aside...! ...Maybe even charge in!+
Aero (03:25:43): [Team Jerba and Asagi] With the bats busy assaulting Shu the barrage of attacks...actually hit the machine. As both beams tear through the machine more and more purple blood flows from it. "Looks like you do have some bite."

Aero (03:28:34): [Raquel] The Ki charged fist is met by a prana covered claw. The two clash wildly and explode out...however one is a unique machine and the other is a customized Huckebein. When the explosion clears the Shurouga has only been pushed back a few steps while the Amazon is sent flying back and crashes into a nearby forest.
Aero (03:30:02): [Ken] Scarletiger barely manages to avoid being impaled but the left arm of the machine is taken clean off.
Meraxa (03:30:20): Ken: *muttering* Dido's gonna hate that...

Meraxa (03:32:37): Ken: But now...! *Hoping that thing can only spawn so many weapons, Ken rushes in, becoming shrouded in his own trail of flames... Allowing him to seemingly disappear, and then reappear, behind the Shurouga. Maybe he won't be fast enough. Maybe it'll spot him. But he stays silent beneath the roar of the flames, drawing the heat shotel straight off ScarleTiger's remaining arm for a slash!+
griefgathering (03:33:02): Shu: "Blue One, please follow up on this if you can."
Wyverncakes (03:33:12): * The Gesterben and Grungust charge at the Shurouga, one falling from the sky in a modified Carver Tempest maneuver, the other just doing a normal charge with its eye beams firing to impede the Shurouga as best as it can before the two slash at the Shurouga together!+

tengusaur (03:33:37): Asagi: "...Nevermind, no time for questions. I'm ready!"
tormterra (03:33:56): * "What do we even have available by this point? We need to try to put up crossfire. The unit is still humanoid and has equipment fitted for that. If we hit im from multiple angles at once, he will be more taxed...Team Jerba, Asagi...All three of you fire when I tell you." She gave them a few seconds to ready their weapons. "Now." +
griefgathering (03:34:03): What is Shu's plan? It doesn't become obvious until he forms a series of wormholes that form a line towards Shurouga!
griefgathering (03:34:52): Shu: "Those who are close to the enemy, back off after your attacks and follow Purple Two's instructions."
Aero (03:35:35): ???: "Do you think I'm as easy to defeat as Bian Zoldark?"
griefgathering (03:35:54): Chika: "No, but Master's trashed the real Cybuster before!"
Wyverncakes (03:36:49): Selena: "Understood!"
griefgathering (03:36:55): *The Granzon's damaged chest section sparks. However, it manages to fire one more beam...that goes straight into those wormholes!+
tengusaur (03:38:16): * Asagi lands on the ground, bracing against it and preparing his beam gun for continuous fire. Then, he fires two large energy blasts - first straight towards Shurouga, at Kei's command! And then second when Shu opens the wormholes, right into one of them! +
Aero (03:38:53): [Ken] Surprise...it's fast enough and can resummon it's weapon. The heat shotel leaves a large glowing gash on the chest of the machine however almost before that happened his own blade cuts through ScarleTiger diagonally just as quickly as it went through Denzel. The machine stands there for a moment before it kicks the lower half of the machine away. Letting the top half fall down in front of it. More and more blood flows from the machine.
Ginkan SK (03:39:20): Raquel does not fair so well she goes flying back from the made in china copy of the Cybuster and goes crashing into the trees. She moves to snag one tree with a fist and flips her self mangingt ot land after leaving a large number of wreked trees in what's like an open wound upon the forest.
griefgathering (03:39:21): *The beam grows in size and is transformed into a giant spatial distortion - this is the same for any attack that goes through those wormholes, which is why Shu is going to time it so that the other UG people aren't in the way!+
Meraxa (03:41:01): Ken: Ngh! *Ken grunts as the upper half of his unit hits the floor*
Wyverncakes (03:41:28): Elma: "Oh no! Ken! Ken please say you're okay!"
Aero (03:41:46): [Team Jerba] Again, it almost seems like he's letting all of you dig into the machine. The combined slashes drain more and more from the machine but it's aura remains just as powerful as it was earlier, even with all the blood on the ground. Like with Ken as your machines pass by he counters with his own slashes. Even the powerful Grungust loses it's footing as the lower section of it's leg is carved apart. The Gesterben...fairs a lot worse and is practically delimbed.

Aero (03:42:13): ???: "Thank you for your assistance...now there's enough around to do this."

Wyverncakes (03:44:45): * Damaged as they are, Albhard and Selena don't relent! Instead, the Grungust hurls its sword straight at the Shurouga Dancougar-style, Selena squeezing off as many shots from her railgun as she can manage!+
Aero (03:49:08): [Shu and Asagi and Team Jerba] All of the blood-like substance on the ground suddenly leaps up and forms a large magical circle that blocks those railgun shots. As the Doomblade comes towards the Shurouga it transforms into a bird like form and evades it before flying through the magical circle. The amplified beam...is run straight through. Not even leaving a mark on the machine and it slams into the Granzon. "I'm sure you'll understand, all of this. Feel despair as I end your life." A huge dome grows around the two machine, the Granzon is bombarded with explosions over and over within it all while Shu himself is assaulted by images of things familiar and not. A few seconds later the top of the dome explodes. Trashing the nearby already damaged Blue 1 and Amazon. "And...it ends." The Shurouga lands in front of Purple-Two, mocking you as everything is taken out at once.

griefgathering (04:10:26): *The Granzon has no room to retaliate, but that damage you've dealt to its chest makes it very difficult to contain what's inside this sphere. The gravitational distortions lash out in the Shurouga's direction after Kei's shots are fired - increasing the gravity around it!+
griefgathering (04:10:52): Even with bits and pieces falling off of the Granzon, Shu seems calm.
Aero (04:11:00): [Kei] With all of his attention focused on the Granzon the spikes dig into Shurouga and pin it in place for a brief moment. "Don't get so arrogant" And that brief moment was all that the Granzon needed to pin Shurouga in place. "Tch."

Aero (04:11:39): The machine struggles against the increased gravity but it's not moving anywhere.

Aero (04:14:36): The Shurouga attempts to escape but by now the increase gravity was tremendous.

Aero (04:23:50): [Shu] Even light itself cannot escape. The gravity shockwave from the Black Hole slams into Shurouga long before the Black Hole does. The Black Stranger is sent flying up into the air as the Black Hole begins to consume the machine and everything around it. For Asakim what was happening all happened in an instance...however the Black Hole finally comes to a stop in the sky, blocking out the light of the La Gias Sun. Aero (04:40:52): Unfortunately none of the Glory Star members are in sight. Neither are the ESUN members you were tasked to rescue.
Meraxa (04:41:37): Ken, at last, blows open ScarleTiger's hatch. People to contact questions to ask... this was gonna be one of those days.
Aero (04:41:46): Despite the overwhelming odds you faced you managed to emerge alive but...in the end the mission was a complete bust.
