tengusaur (02:15:39): Currently a group of UG pilots and their mecha are on top of a large transport helicopter, taking them to their destination.
tengusaur (02:15:56): An airport, deep in the wilderness. It's also night.

tengusaur (02:16:23): A group of terrorists has kidnapped a whole plane and keeps its passengers as hostages.
tengusaur (02:16:29): You have to recover them safely.
tengusaur (02:16:47): Furthermore, among the passengers is a VIP, whose safety has priority. Though you don;t know why.
tengusaur (02:16:57): Kaname Chidori... She's just a high school student.
tengusaur (02:17:18): Furthermore, there is another person who has to be rescued in the same area.
tengusaur (02:17:59): Tiffa Adill... The request for her rescue came from a mercenary group, operating from the ship Freeden.
tengusaur (02:18:31): You don't know why they would care so much about rescuing a single girl, but the captain's determination was visible.
tengusaur (02:18:44): Freeden's forces will also participate in this operation.
tengusaur (02:19:00): The chopper will arrive soon. What are you people doing?

Wyverncakes (02:19:28): Sara and Mizuki are wrapping up pre-sortie checks on the samll yellow support jett they've brought along.

tengusaur (02:20:51): A weird and probably evil female scientist, and two guards, are watching.
cubey@aol.pl (02:21:02): Setsuko has no combat experience so they decided that Virgola unit 3 will stay behind as backup. This is a serious operation and it'd be too risky to send in a fresh newbie.
tengusaur (02:21:12): Fortunately, there was a secret agent on board of the plane... And he's now free. And is next to the truck where this takes place.

healingpink (02:21:37): This was weird. What was with all these strange images they were showing her? What were they hoping to accomplish? Wasn't she SUPPOSED to be recording a hostage message for that freaky guy with the scars on his face? None of this made any sense.
healingpink (02:21:38): Still, when she stares up at the images, she gets this strange feeling.
tengusaur (02:21:41): Garrod Ran's rescue mission was fully successful.

Meraxa (02:22:02): Ken is simply staring up at the Genoace he's been given and told to pilot, manual still in his hands. He can understand the bosses wanting him to have experience, but this... he'd rather being on foot, at least for comfort.
tengusaur (02:22:12): He managed to steal Gundam X from the Freeden, and rescue Tiffa from them, just like the nice old man asked him to do! He also offered good money for that.

Wyverncakes (02:23:02): Ken, you're just minding your own business when a hand'll fall on your shoulder. It's Mizuki!
Wyverncakes (02:23:15): Mizuki: "Don't worry too much out there, alright?"

tengusaur (02:23:27): And now, he's nearing to the destination, where his contact asked him to meet - the same airport where all of this is going on.
tengusaur (02:23:43): Tiffa is strangely untalkative for now.
Meraxa (02:23:45): Ken brushes it off, brow furrowing. "Obviously. Look after your own hide."
tengusaur (02:23:49): But what is Garrod himself up to?
Dude Spacely (02:23:56): Sousuke Sagara would've exited the plane, taking his stowed away gear with him from the luggage compartment. Once he finds the Kaname Chidori, he is going to keep out of sight as he moves to get to a closer vantage point to the guards. Priority one would be to quietly neutralize the guards before they can alert anyone else that there is an intruder on the installation.
Ginkan SK (02:24:05): Raquel is currenly in her form fitting flight suit and piloting, well more lke puppeting the Amazon as she moves with the rest of the group She's hooking up to a harness to keep her grom bouncing about and she does the last of her checks
Overman Zappa (02:24:09): Garrod has made camp along the way, and is grubbing alongside tiffa
Wyverncakes (02:24:28): Mizuki: "Suit yourself."
Overman Zappa (02:24:58): So other than having a relatively quiet girl to talk at, he's... well... pretty content. Tiffa's pretty damn cute you know.

tengusaur (02:25:41): Sousuke manages to eliminate the outside guards, one by one. It will be hard to take care of the ones inside the truck without anyone noticing, though, unless a distraction presents itself...
tengusaur (02:26:00): Garrod receives a radio transmission!
healingpink (02:26:01): Kaname begins to bang against the walls of the tube. "Let me out of here! Are you listening to me? Let me OUT!" She gives the glass a hard kick that does more damage to her toes than it does to the tube holding her.
Overman Zappa (02:26:37): Garrod fumbles the radio in shock then acts proper.
tengusaur (02:26:39): Reich Anto: "Can you hear me, young man? Are you near? I would prefer not to wait too long."
tengusaur (02:27:26): Seeing her prisoner writhe, the scientist tchs and opens the tube, trying to grab and restrain her. "Don't move around this much..."
tengusaur (02:27:47): Tiffa seems to react to Reich's voice, and moves back a little, as if disturbed by it.
Ginkan SK (02:28:44): "Everything's ready on my end keep in mind I'm going to need to get up close for the most part." She's got the sense to make sure her machine is picking up a weapons pot just incase. She's pained to do it but given this is a rescue mission she's not going to let someone die for pride, after all. "Ki Amps online, all systems are green here.
Overman Zappa (02:29:03): "Ahh, sorry! I stopped off to take a break, and let the head die down. I'm not too far of." Garrod makes note of Tiffa's reaction and cuts open communication for a moment. "Tiffa... What's... wrong?"
tengusaur (02:29:33): Tiffa shakes her head slightly. "No... Don't take me to him..."
Overman Zappa (02:30:20): Garrod: "It'll be alright Tiffa, don't worry." Thoughtha alone is enough to give him doubts.
healingpink (02:30:35): Kaname rips off her headpiece, and begins to struggle with the scientist. She knows this is probably her one chance at escape, so she's got to give it her all! There was no way she could sit in that tube and just wait to be rescued, like some princess up in a tower! Besides, who would possibly rescue a normal high school girl like her?

She'd just have to rescue herself!

"I'm done with this! I'm not your guinea pig!" Kaname struggles against the weight of the scientist, swinging an arm up towards her.

tengusaur (02:31:08): Tiffa doesn't seem too convinced by what Garrod says, but doesn't raise any further objections...
tengusaur (02:32:18): As for Kaname, her desperate strike actually elbows her captor hard, knocking her out! The guards are not here but in a different room, so your coast is free now!
Dude Spacely (02:33:00): After eliminating the guards quietly, he is going to quickly search the downed guards for a firearm and ammunition. He hears the commotion from inside of the truck and begins to realize he is going to have to act quickly. He stands to the side of the truck’s entrance, taking out his taser. He taps on the wall, hopefully at least drawing out one of the guards close enough to take a taser to the leg. At worst, he keeps his gun ready as a last resort.
tengusaur (02:34:02): One of the guards is drawn in by the strange sound and comes out to investigate it! Then he gets an electric shock to the leg and is zapped hard, and falls down unconscious.
healingpink (02:34:04): Kaname didn't think that would actually work! But there's no time to dwell on that. She's got to get out of here before anyone else shows up.

Kaname steps out of the tube and makes a beeline for the door. She doesn't know what she'll do once she's outside, but she'll just have to figure that out later.
tengusaur (02:34:51): Kaname is suddenly interrupted by a gunshot! There's a smoking gun hole in the wall right next to her! Turns out the scientist wasn't entirely taken out after all, and she's holding a pistol now as she lies down on the ground...
tengusaur (02:35:01): "Where do you think you're going? Guards...!"
tengusaur (02:35:20): All the other soldiers around are distracted by these loud sounds! Sousuke can hear them too!
tengusaur (02:35:36): The guards rush into that room! Time to act!
Overman Zappa (02:35:39): Tiffa went quiet... curious... Well, let's move on! Garrod; rollin out!
healingpink (02:35:44): "H-Hey!" Kaname slowly turns around, her arms raised. She's not about to fight a gun with nothing but her bare hands.
tengusaur (02:36:31): At the same time, Garrod approaches the base.
tengusaur (02:36:52): And he sees the civilian plane there, and lots of soldiers surrounding it...
tengusaur (02:36:57): This is fishy. Very fishy.
tengusaur (02:37:03): Several Mobile Suits come out to meet him.

tengusaur (02:37:34): Reich: "Ah, you're back. Great. You're not late after all!"
tengusaur (02:37:43): Reich: "Do you have the girl with you?"
Dude Spacely (02:38:21): Sousuke hears the commotion from outside. “Tch.” He knows this is reckless but he can’t let something happen to Kaname Chidori. He takes a deep breath, tightens his hand around the gun and suddenly throws himself into the truck, checking the corner before taking aim at the near guard and firing before attempting to tackle Kaname into cover. “Get down!"
Overman Zappa (02:39:51): Garrod: "Woah... what's with all the armed guards. Yeah, she's here..." But he's not quite producing her, looking back to where she's been left.
healingpink (02:40:00): He doesn't have to ask twice! Kaname immediately falls to her knees. It's only when she looks up at Sousuke, her arms covering her head, that she realizes who, exactly, her savior actually is.

"S-Sousuke?! What are you doing here?" That military maniac was going to get them BOTH killed!
tengusaur (02:41:23): The guard is gunned down - he didn't even see this coming! The scientist opens fire herself, but between her shock at the sudden turnaround and the defensive roll, she hits neither Sousuke nor Kaname! Now she sees she's outmatched and with no guards left, though, because she throws the gun away.
tengusaur (02:42:25): Reich: "It's for security purposes. You know how dangerous the world is these days! Come, show her to me then, just as you promised."
tengusaur (02:42:42): Reich: "And then I'll take care of my part of the deal too."
Overman Zappa (02:43:21): Is Tiffa still acting super weird about this? _{"Hey Tiffa..."}
tengusaur (02:44:04): Tiffa: "No... We have to get away from here, Garrod..."
tengusaur (02:44:24): The answer is yes.
Overman Zappa (02:44:45): Sorry Reich, today love wins over money and work. "Sorry! Deals off!" And AIL OUT
tengusaur (02:44:57): Reich: "What?!"
Overman Zappa (02:45:03): *BAIL
tengusaur (02:45:11): ???: "Heh, foolish old man."
tengusaur (02:45:22): ???: "You should've known from the start he won't hand her over to you."
tengusaur (02:45:39): ???: "Now get her here yourself if you know what's good for you!"
tengusaur (02:45:50): This voice over the radio sounds... very cold and vicious. Shark-like.
tengusaur (02:46:04): Reich: "Gulp. I'm on it! Come on!"
tengusaur (02:46:09): An alarm sounds over the base!
tengusaur (02:46:24): Various mecha rush out from the hangars and engage the escaping Jenice in a chase!
tengusaur (02:46:39): At this rate they will catch up to you quickly, Garrod!
tengusaur (02:46:58): Sagara and Kaname notice this commotion outside as well!
tengusaur (02:47:19): This might give you a chance to bail!
Overman Zappa (02:48:15): Crap, aforementioned Jenice a machine gun. Garrod just uses it to cover his excape, more or less blind-firing.
healingpink (02:48:32): Kaname lifts herself to her feet once she's sure that the two of them are safe. But before she can react any further, she hears the sounds of an alarm over the base.

Did they know that Sousuke rescued her already?!
Dude Spacely (02:48:49): Sousuke quickly gets to his feet to secure the gun, looking over at Kaname. “I’ll explain later. For now, we need to get to safety.” He quickly takes the other gun, securing it to his belt as he takes note of the scientist, gauging whether he needs to do something about her before taking off with Kaname. For the moment, he fires another warning shot just to the left of her. “Get on the floor and count to 300. If I catch you watching us leave, I won’t miss my next shot. Are we clear?” He is already making his way to Kaname to offer his hand. He hears the commotion and takes her hand. “Come on. With the fighting outside, we might have another minute until they send reinforcements” He tries to lead Kaname out toward another hangar or somewhere that can offer cover.
tengusaur (02:49:18): It doesn't seem like the alarm is directed at the two escapees, at least. Rather, they're chasing something outside!
tengusaur (02:49:52): Sousuke reaches a hangar which was just abandoned as several mecha launched from it. It's empty now... Save for a single Savage, which someone left behind
tengusaur (02:50:09): A crappy Arm Slave is better than being on foot, right?
tengusaur (02:50:34): But at the same time...
tengusaur (02:51:03): You see that a few of the pursuers must've noticed someone is sneaking into the hangar, because some of them are turning around to check it out!
tengusaur (02:51:13): Enemy list: Daughtress Command (Reich Anto), Daughtress x2, Jenice x2, Savage x6
tengusaur (02:52:00): 4 Savages and 1 Jenice are investigating the hangar. The rest are chasing Garrod.
healingpink (02:52:19): For once, the bluenette broaches no argument. She'll get her answers later. Right now, her only concern is getting out of this place.

Still, in this hospital gown she's wearing, the night air is really chilly. Kaname finds herself shivering as she struggles to keep up with the brunette.

"Sousuke... Just what is going on? Please! Tell me!"
tengusaur (02:52:19): Garrod, Sousuke, go
tengusaur (02:53:01): Objective: break free and escape!
tengusaur (02:53:11): And at the same time...
tengusaur (02:53:18): UG people are almsot over the base at this point!
tengusaur (02:53:38): You can see that some sort of commotion is happening down there!
Overman Zappa (02:53:39): *Garrod is making little effort to be accurate and more putting those skatey little Jenice feet to work as he flees. Turnign to cover his excape, he fires off a few rounds at the other Jenice(s). "Don't worry Tiffa! We'll get out of here!" +
Dude Spacely (02:54:27): Sousuke notices the enemies coming back. “I promise to explain but Ms. Chidori, can you wait here while I start up this Arm Slave. I need you to hide.” Sousuke is already moving toward the Arm Slave, moving toward the machine quickly. He begins the start up procedures, expertly starting up the outdated software. He waits for the machine to start up, hoping the enemies didn’t notice him get onboard the machine just yet.
tengusaur (02:55:24): Garrod riddles a Jenice with bullets, damaging it too hard for it to pursue him anymore! But suddenly, he two Daughtresses are blocking his way, while their commander is after him, swinging a beam saber! (react)
tengusaur (02:55:40): Reich: "I said you're not getting away!"
Meraxa (02:55:46): Ken sees it in the distance, and realising there's no more time, he clambers up and into the cockpit of the Genoace. Doing checks, firing it up, and... having the manual open clear in front of him.
healingpink (02:56:05): "Hide?! What if someone spots me?! I'll be killed for sure!"

But before she can get any answers, Sousuke expertly slips into the Arm Slave, as if he had done this a thousand times before.

"What are you doing? You can't pilot that thing! There's no way an amateur can pilot that thing!"
Aero (02:56:18): Willis: "Looks like they started the party without us."
cubey@aol.pl (02:56:42): Setsuko: "Are we too late? Are the hostages..."
Ginkan SK (02:56:54): Raquel.: "Tch looks like the party is starting without us. Ken your also braver than I thought using that thing."
tengusaur (02:57:03): Sousuke starts up the system, and the Savage can move now! Which is good, because the enemies have noticed that something inside the hangar is wrong!
Meraxa (02:57:19): Ken: Shut up! Anybody could do it! Now we've gotta go, or else...
Overman Zappa (02:57:42): *Garrod has little time, but decides to aim for just one and charging right toward it, firing the machine gun as he makes a good threat to plow right into it. Let's play chicken!+
Wyverncakes (02:57:42): Mizuki: "Sara... get the Solego started!"
Wyverncakes (02:58:51): The two Solaris ladies hop into the respective cockpits for the jet, the systems starting to come on line!
tengusaur (02:59:09): The UG forces receive a message from their Mithril contact, Andrei Kalinin!
tengusaur (02:59:55): "A machine is escaping from the airport. It is possible that its pilot is our inside agent. See if he responds to the name Uruz-7, and aid him. But don't forget about the other hostages."
Dude Spacely (03:00:12): “It’s not a problem.” Sousuke says as he spots the nearest machine coming toward the hangar. Without warning, Sousuke takes off at full speed through the darkness of the hangar, using the shoulder of the Savage to body check the nearest enemy Savage and take its rifle. It quickly tries finish off the enemy with its own gun, standing in front of the hangar. “Stay out of the sight. I will handle them.” Sousuke’s eyes narrow as he is already trying to access the enemies he is dealing with.
Wyverncakes (03:00:46): Mizuki: "We won't."
Ginkan SK (03:00:49): Raquel: "Ouch did I hit you in the pride?"

Wyverncakes (03:01:28): Mizuki/Sara: "Solego... launching!"
healingpink (03:01:34): It's not like Kaname has a choice! Kaname searches for a good place to hide -- a place that will keep her hidden from anyone who might make the mistake of entering the hangar.
Wyverncakes (03:01:43): And with that, the Sol energy-powered jet launches out!
tengusaur (03:01:57): Garrod smashes into the Daughtress, turning the two MSes into an undignified mess for a second. He quickly raises from the mess and starts to escape again! But the Jenice took a hit to the back, and is heavily damaged now...
Meraxa (03:03:01): Ken: I said shut up! *Ken bothers with no call sign as he simply as the Genoace leap away, momentum carrying it to the ground. It skids and kicks up a great deal of dirt, before Ken has it go into a run... because he has yet to figure out the boosters*
tengusaur (03:03:10): Sousuke perforates the closest Savage with fire from its own gun! But as he stands in the hangar's door, suddenly more fire falls upon him from afar!
Overman Zappa (03:03:15): As long as it moves, it's good enough! As long as he can get Tiffa out of there! This whole job is kinda backfiring in his face... at least he got a pretty girl out of t.
tengusaur (03:03:30): Further bogeys are incoming! Machinegun fire everywhere!
tengusaur (03:03:55): And that's not counting the Savages around the hangar, two of which are trying to knife him now!
tengusaur (03:03:57): (Sousuke react)
tengusaur (03:04:16): Kalinin: "There's a firefight inside the base! Investigate it too!"
tengusaur (03:04:35): And right on time, because you're above the base!
tengusaur (03:04:42): Time for an air drop!
tengusaur (03:04:55): (Mecha-sized parachutes are available if you can't fly and/or take a fall)

Dude Spacely (03:07:30): Sousuke attempts back up from one of the stabs, leaning his body to try to side step around the first Savage. Once he is behind it, he attempts to shove the first Savage into the other one.
cubey@aol.pl (03:07:41): *The two Virgola units jump down from the helicopter. They do not slow down, but rather use the force of gravity to make their impact more meaningful - as they both crash down on a Jenice that is pestering Sousuke's Savage, Gunnery Carvers held first!+
Meraxa (03:07:41): Ken: Uuooooooh! *And Kentaro... charges in at one of the Savages pestering Sousuke, aiming to punch it! ...Because he has no idea how to make a giant robot pull the trigger on its gun.+

Overman Zappa (03:09:52): Garrod: "Oh crap, more of them! Hang on, Tiffa!"
tengusaur (03:10:01): Sousuke dodges one of the Savages' strike and then pushes it towards another one, causing it to get impaled on its comrade's weapon! Then Ken drops down, smashing into the other one and shattering it! But the Genoace shakes from the force of the impact too!

tengusaur (03:10:12): Tiffa: "Go left from here..."
Overman Zappa (03:10:42): Garrod: "Left? Ahh... okay, but why left!" And he veers it HARD LEFT.
tengusaur (03:10:44): The Jenice didn't see that assault coming and is obliterated by a combined melee drop!

How was she ever going to explain all this to Kyoko and the others? Was she even going to survive to tell them about this in the first place?

However there something strange there's this strange energy about the fists of her machine as she strikes cracking and no viable sign of any real weapon system or emitter for them.-

tengusaur (04:04:51): It emerges from behind several trees. Smoke is rising from it, but it seems to be fine.
tengusaur (04:05:11): Gauron: "You know what they say about guys who carry ridiculously huge guns around, right?"
tengusaur (04:06:23): Willis and Toby clash their blades with the enemy heat axes, forcing them back! But neither of the Jenices suffers any serious damage.
tengusaur (04:07:02): Garrod tackles the enemy Daughtress, throwing it off-balance! This lack of balance means it loses control of its beam saber, and both of the blades cut into its chest!

healingpink (04:07:18): "Y-You want me to get on this thing?!" Kaname manages to stammer. "But I..."

Kaname glances back towards the battle in front of her. She doesn't have much of a choice, does she? She was probably safer with this guy than she was just standing on the ground with those giant robots falling left and right.

"Okay." And with that, the bluenette scrambles onto Ken's shield.

"Hey, you!" Kaname knocks against the hard metal surface of the shield so she can be sure that Ken knows she's talking to him. "Who are you people?! What are you doing here? What about my classmates?! Is anyone protecting THEM?!"

But it's not like she has much choice. She's far safer in there than she is out here.

Still frowning, she carefully and cautiously makes her way into the cockpit -- being sure to hold her thin hospital gown down so he can't get a look at what's underneath.

Once it is completely unusable, he quickly opens the cockpit and makes his way toward the mysterious machine that was just dropped for him. He wastes no time climbing aboard the mysterious white machine, starting up the machine. He hears a voice greet him. “This is Sgt. Sousuke Sagara. Callsign Uruz Seven. Initiate start up procedures and prepare for combat mode.” He talks to the AI systems, remembering most Mithril suits came with one of these systems.+
tengusaur (04:42:37): The Jenice is perforated with bullets and cut in two with the beam saber! But watch out Garrod, four Savages are moving towards you, opening machinegun fire...

healingpink (05:09:00): Kaname's eyes scan for some sign of an unfamiliar unit. There was so much going on that it took her a minute to locate it. The unit that had to be Sousuke's.

It seemed familiar somehow... though she'd never seen any sort of giant robot like it.

Then suddenly, Kaname is struck with an intense pain, somewhere from within her head. She hunches over, her hands pressed against her head.
Dude Spacely (05:09:08): *As the Savages come near Sousuke, the Arbalest’s alarm picks up the incoming attacks. The Arm Slave quickly takes strides backwards to avoid the knife attacks, using the opening to fire a point blank round in any Savage not taken out by his support.+
Wyverncakes (05:09:15): * Willis is fortunately going to get some backup as the DuskBird changes gears. With Sousuke putting the pressure on Gauron, Mizuki instead has the DuskBird fire its violet eye beams across the paths of a Jenice!+
tengusaur (05:09:43): Ken gets inside the hangar and shoots down one of the enemy Savages as he comes out from the other side! The Genoace is hit by several shots and rather worryingly damaged, but Kaname is fine. Except... whatever is going on with her right now.

Suddenly, numbers, letters, all in a strange language she doesn't understand appear before her. She's never seen any of it before -- it's unlike anything she's ever seen. But somehow, it's all so familiar. Like it was something she had known her entire life.

tengusaur (05:17:26): The Daughtress (not Jenice!) explodes as it's hit by a flachette storm of feathers and a spear-like weapon! Its bazooka shot explodes in mid-air, charring DuskBird's form slightly but nothing serious.
Wyverncakes (05:17:42): Mizuki: "Don't get too carried away. Between Leos and Setsuko I'm pretty sure we've burned out our lucky saves with people getting shot down."

tengusaur (05:18:17): Leos stops the enemy from moving, and also his AC's hand is all bloody now. He can't really move around either, himself, just fire from where he is.
healingpink (05:18:33): Kaname falls into a daze; her eyes appear to glaze over. "Artificial contrast interference... secondary impulse system..." All those words fall from her lips as if they were some sort of mantra.

It is Ken's shove that manages to rouse her out of it. Kaname is suddenly filled with gratitude. Somehow, she knew... if he hadn't done anything, she would have fallen into that world of numbers and words and never come back.

"I know what Sousuke needs to do. I understand it somehow..." she says, half to Ken, half to herself.

Kaname leans over Ken, then starts speaking at full volume.

"SOUSUKE! CAN YOU HEAR ME?"

healingpink (05:29:05): Kaname is still leaning over the panel, waiting for something to happen. And in the middle of doing that, her head suddenly turns, as if she suddenly heard something.

But she didn't hear anything at all.

"Wh-What was that?"

But there's no time to wonder what that weird feeling was. Not while Sousuke still has questions she needs to answer.

"There's no button! You just have to focus your hope to beat your opponent! It's just like this guy said!"

Dude Spacely (05:37:06): *Sousuke listens to Ken and Kaname try to talk him through the Lambda Driver’s operation. His brow furrows as he attempts to process what he is dealing with. However, Kaname’s words are getting to him. He feels a burning desire to prevent all of that from happening by any means necessary. He can feel his very will building up as the images start to pile up within him. Outside the mech’s back opens up as the machine begins to extend 4 columns from its back, charging up with a weird force as the machine’s eyes glow. Within moments, the Arbalest takes off running toward the Codarl, firing round after round as it gets closer. Each round backed up by unseen force until the final round almost explodes out of the barrel.+
tengusaur (05:40:18): "So this is the power you were hiding all along, Kashim? Ha you don't disappoint in the end, MY HONEY!" Gauron rushes towards Sousuke himself, raising a field with one hand for protection... But each of those shots visibly weakens it! The Codarl is struggling to persist against Arbalest's attack, but nevertheless still fires a devastating telekinetic strike from its finger!

Dude Spacely (05:45:09): *The Telekenetic blast takes out the Scattergun, prompting Sousuke to toss the weapon as one of Arbalest’s hands is already drawing a knife to try to continue to onslaught against the Codarl. Sousuke’s will pushes back against Gauron’s almost instinctively but the Arbalest probably takes some damage from the superior user as Sousuke doesn’t back off but goes forward with one knife slashing down at the Codarl’s hand.+
tengusaur (05:46:12): Gauron jumps away from the incoming missiles, which explode in air around the Codarl, but that gets him right in the range for physical strikes, and the unit is pummeled by the Glory Star's melee strikes and Katina's plasma stake! Finally visible solid damage appears on its armor!
tengusaur (05:46:36): But watch out, the machine jumps away while shooting its shotgun at the same time! (Glory Stars + Katina react)
tengusaur (05:47:17): This means Gauron can't do much to defend against the incoming rays of dark and light energy except try to maneuver around them - and they still burn his armor.

tengusaur (05:49:43): Toby tanks the shots for Denzel, letting the latter burn Gauron's armor some more. The Codarl is still agile as hell though so only some of the shots hit.
tengusaur (05:51:24): Then, when nobody's close to it, the Codarl gets enveloped in the giant satellite beam! When the dust settles, the machine is visibly damaged even further - it probably wouldn't be staying there if not for its field.
tengusaur (05:52:11): Still, this leaves Gauron the opportunity to meet Sousuke head-on, drawing his own knife and attacking viciously with it! Both mecha are exchanging strikes, but Gauron seems to be slowly gaining an advantage...

She races after it moving left an right to make herself a harder target as she fgoes she knows she can't get ahold of it for long and strikes several times. She's going to pull back in short order. She sees what sousuke is about to do and hopefully she can help distract Guaron for him-

healingpink (05:57:24): Kaname doesn't know any of these people. In fact, she's only gleaned bits and pieces of who they are from their conversations over the radio. But truthfully, she knows. That if there's anyone that can save her... and defeat this Gauron... it's them.

tengusaur (05:57:32): Raquel attacking Gauron knocks the Codarl off-balance and causes it to lose its advantage, forcing Gauron to jump back to avoid getting overpowered!
tengusaur (05:58:20): But after he does so, he attacks Sousuke again, simply punching with his fist and smashing his field against Arbalest's, trying to force his way through it!

Dude Spacely (06:02:32): *Sousuke keeps fighting even when it looks like Gauron has the upper hand. However, when Gauron is knocked off balance, the Arbalest goes after the other Arm Slave,drawing the Anti-Tank Dagger and tossing the explosive knife toward the Arm Slave as a way to both damage and distract Gauron as Sousuke rushes forward with the other knife. Wasting no time, Sousuke attempts to slam the knife into the other Arm Slave’s optical sensors, hopefully blinding the other machine if not disabling it.+
Ginkan SK (06:07:32): Raquel follows up Ken and also moves in to grapple with the Codral and help Ken in his plan to delay it in any way she can as well. "I don't think so!"
tengusaur (06:07:58): The attempts at grappling hit Codarl's renewed field, without managing to penetrate it - but they weaken it! And Sousuke presses his knife against Gauron's field, stabbing into it with all of his mental strength - and then suddenly he pushes in! The field is broken and the dagger stabs right into Codarl's head, taking out its eye! Also, from all this overuse, the Lambra Driver of Gauron's machine overloads and lets out a very worrying sound before the machine explodes spectacularily! What remains of it (there's not much) tumbles down the hill and disappears in the forest.
